It just makes it kinda awkward to wear skirts when it’s super duper windy, that’s all! And I prefer wearing skirts in the summer as compared to shorts, so yeah :P
Have you ever made an art tutorial or anything? I love your style and your use of colors and textures!
I haven’t in a long time… I made a tutorial on a technique I used to use on a forum once, and then someone posted the same thing right after me with a much easier and simpler technique and I felt like a big dummy, haha. 95% of the techniques I use in Photoshop I learned just my messing around with the program, Photoshop is super flexible and there’s almost always more than one way to go about solving a problem :>
