Second piece for my thesis!

I’ve always had a great appreciation for the art and culture of the Haida people, so I really wanted to fit that in to this project. The art museum by my home has a lot of Pacific Northwestern art, and it’s always been a part of the museum I love the most.

Two down, two to go! The first one was more European-inspired, and this one is North American, so I think for the last two I’ll try and focus on other continents!

(just like the other piece, this is done with gouache and acrylic on wood)
