Who's your favorite possum?

My favorite possum? Oh gosh, you see, I have a long history of weird and freakish possum encounters throughout my life. There was the one whose face I almost grabbed as I reached inside a cinderblock to grab a caulk gun while doing yard work. And then there’s the one that really REALLY wanted a sandwich. Seeing as that was one of the hilariously most non sequitur moments of my life… I uh, guess that one is my fave? YEAH

I WATCHED MY FRIEND PLAY IT ONCE and I’ve been meaning to buy it on Steam (it’s been on my Steam wishlist for months *gross sobbing*) but ahhhh it was amazing in terms of what I’ve seen of it! (and thank you!!)

HI l absolutely love your art it so cute! i was curious when you paint on paper what kind of paint and paper do you like to use? Keep up the great sstuff ('u')

Hey there! The two types of paper I use the most when I’m painting/sketching/doodling are the Moleskine sketchbook paper, cause it takes pencil like a dream and I just love the off-white shade, and Kraft paper, which has a really nice midtone to start off with.

And then in terms of paint, I almost exclusively use gouache! It’s always just been the easiest type of paint to work with for me.

Hey, how are you tonight?

Well, last night was so-so, especially since I had the hangover of the millennium and was doing resident checkouts from 8am-5pm with no break. But then my Dad visited and brought me food and I felt a lot better. And this morning I SLEPT IN which is a really rare occurrence for me, so I’m already super-duper <3

REPLIEZ Ohh gosh, thank you! I&#8217;m super flattered. It&#8217;s funny though, things started clicking for me the moment I stopped comparing my work to others. So don&#8217;t spend lots of time comparing yourself to me or others. It&#8217;s fine to be inspired/competitive, but it was the instant I stopped saying &#8220;Oh I wish I was as good as So-And-So&#8221; that I actually got a lot more confidence in my own stuff!! &lt;3 (Haha, it&#8217;s totally fine. I&#8217;m over all that stuff now. Need a new group to play Left 4 Dead with though.) My last week of college is&#8230;well, it&#8217;s going! I can&#8217;t say it&#8217;s spectacular or horrific. I am just trying to power through without getting too emotional, heheh. And YES, there most definitely is an open house to see all of the best student work at my school! The CCS Student Exhibition is HUGE and it takes up almost all the floors of the Taubman Center. In my department, every graduating senior gets their own wall space. The exhibition opening is when they first open the doors, and it&#8217;s all fancy with open bars and we all dress up and work is sold and fun times are had. There&#8217;s a fee to get into that event, but after the opening, the show is free to the public for a few weeks! There&#8217;s more information about it here.

I think I've seen Portal 2 in your dock when you've done screenshot, or maybe its just been TF2? But in case it was Portal, Portal 2 puzzle editor dlc May 8th what what awesome right?

Oh, I’m alright. I just watched the Avatar series finale on a whim so I’m all riddled with these things called emotions and I’m still kind of sick but it’s nothing a nice weekend of rest can’t fix.
